OpenClinic Installation:

The connection to the database failed with the following error: 

Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: NO)

Please make sure the following has been done before running this install script.

  1. Create OpenClinic database (step 4 of the install instructions)
  2. Create OpenClinic database user (step 5 of the install instructions)
  3. Update openclinic/database_constants.php with your new database username and password (step 8 of the install instructions)
